In 2008, Ken Cuccinelli wrote a bill that would have done just that: Ken Cuccinelli's attempt to enact one of the most extreme divorce laws in the country is just another example of his record of using his position as Attorney General and State Senator to attempt to regulate the most personal decisions Virginians can make — who you marry, what kind of contraception you use, and when you can end a bad marriage. We've identified voters who'd be influenced by knowing about Cuccinelli's record.
