| Hey there, Another poll came out this week showing Terry McAuliffe with a marginal lead over Ken Cuccinelli in the Virginia governor's race.  Most people I know were thrilled. But I got nervous. Here's why: the easiest way to lose any election is to get complacent. And with the Tea Party fundraising machine pouring millions into Virginia to elect their poster boy Ken Cuccinelli, we could be in real trouble if we let up for even a second. Donate $5 or more right now to support Terry — he can't win this without your help. Because of the grassroots movement behind him, Terry's been able to tell his story all over Virginia. And as undecided voters get to know him (and learn all the great things you and I already know), they're coming to our side. But Terry's not the only one talking to them. His opponent is out on the trail and in voters' living rooms every night with attack ads funded by Super PACs with near-limitless resources. As Deputy Campaign Manager for President Obama's reelection campaign last year, I saw a grassroots movement overpower those Super PACs once. We can do it again, but only if we all step up. What we do this week will determine which campaign is in a better position to make its closing argument over the next five.
