Catherine, It’s not over. ObamaCare is still tied up in lawsuits around the nation, but we achieved a major victory in court. Greg Abbott has led the fight against ObamaCare from Day One, and his We the People plan will protect our constitutional rights. Will you contribute to make sure we continue this important effort? In a major blow, an appeals court ruled that the very foundation of the ObamaCare mandate – taxpayer-funded subsidies – violates the Constitution. We must keep fighting. Texans know that ObamaCare is a job-killer. From dropped plans to skyrocketing premiums to onerous costs that have put job creators out of business, we have made our position clear:ObamaCare is wrong for our families, wrong for Texas, and wrong for the nation.
