| Catherine, Twelve years ago today, all of our lives were changed forever. As we mark this somber anniversary of the attacks on our nation, I hope we will all take a moment to remember the innocent lives lost at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and in a field in Pennsylvania. We should also honor those who risked their lives to save others—the first responders who rushed into the wreckage and the patriots aboard Flight 93 who said, ‘Let’s roll.’ In the years since that fateful day, courageous men and women stepped forward to defend our nation from evil at home and abroad, and we remain steadfastly grateful for their service to our country. May God continue to bring peace to the families of the victims and heroes of September 11th, and may God always bless America. Join me in honoring those who lost their lives that day.
